A detailed budget you see line by line before you sign. We file the permits.
Build
Michael on site, his crew and subs under his supervision, regular updates on schedule and spend.
Punch list and handover
We walk the finished house together and fix everything on the list before we call it done.

He runs every job himself, first walkthrough to last punch list. His crew and his long-time subs work to his standard, and he's the one who picks up the phone.
Michael started framing houses and hanging doors in Ireland, worked up through finish carpentry, and went on to manage full builds of some of the most luxurious single-family homes in the Bay Area. He founded MT Higgins Construction to do that work his own way: hands on, start to finish, with the client's long-term satisfaction as the measure of the job.
